Directions: -Preheat your oven to 350°F. -In a large bowl, pour in the mix and add 12oz. of beer (or any carbonated beverage). Stir until just combined—avoid overmixing. -Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan. -Bake for 60-65 minutes. -Remove from the pan and brush the entire loaf with 2 tablespoons of melted real butter. -Let it cool before slicing and serving.
